The VDS501 is an annual candle: one set of large batteries keeps it alight for most of a year, so a grave or a home altar stays lit without monthly visits. The body is softly sculpted, and the front takes a symbol or a saint.

Options
The candle comes in white, red, silver and gold, and in a mixed pack with all four colours.
Seven flames are available. A flickering red or yellow light lasts the longest, close to 360 days; a steady red or yellow light and the white flame reach around 300 days; the red and yellow flame imitations, which move like a real flame, run for about 200 days.
Two large D batteries are needed and are not supplied with the candle.
For the front you can choose a cross, a teardrop, a Lourdes motif, a Star of David, a combination of symbols, or the image of a saint. Most suppliers stop at a handful of familiar figures; our range of saints reaches much further, down to the patron saints of single countries and regions.
The mixed box (DM) brings together the eight images people ask for most.
